store-bought pie crust (or homemade)

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the pie crust and place it into a 9-inch pie dish. Trim and crimp the edges as desired.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Sprinkle half of the cooked bacon evenly over the bottom of the pie crust.
Add the chopped spinach on top of the bacon layer.
Pour the egg mixture over the spinach and bacon layers.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top, followed by the remaining crumbled bacon.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
Let the quiche cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
You can substitute the cheddar cheese with Swiss or mozzarella if preferred. For a lighter option, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
