For the Salad:
- 6 cups romaine lettuce chopped
- 1 cup red cabbage shredded
- 1 cup iceberg lettuce chopped
- 1/2 cup carrots julienned
- 1/2 cup artichoke hearts chopped
- 1/4 cup pimentos drained and chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1/2 cup croutons optional
For the Dressing:
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Prepare the Salad:
