  • 1 package 3.9 oz chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 tub 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • ½ cup chocolate chips or chocolate shavings optional
  • Extra Oreos for garnish

For the Oreo Crust:

  • 24 Oreo cookies crushed
  • 5 tablespoons melted butter

For the Chocolate Filling:

  • 1 3.9 oz box instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 ¾ cups cold milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Topping:

  • 1 ½ cups whipped topping or homemade whipped cream
  • 4-5 crushed Oreo cookies for garnish

  • Mix the Oreo crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
  • Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish and refrigerate for 20 minutes to set.

Prepare the Chocolate Pudding Layer

  • In a bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
  • Spread the pudding evenly over the chilled Oreo crust.

Add the Whipped Topping

  • Spread a thick layer of whipped topping over the pudding.
  • Smooth it out with a spatula for a clean finish.

Chill and Serve

  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) for the best texture.
