Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or line with paper liners.
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Scoop the meat mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
  • If desired, top each mini meatloaf with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and the tops are golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
