  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  • Cook Noodles: Boil egg noodles until al dente, then drain.

  • Assemble: Transfer the mixture to the baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Add Topping: Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole.
  • Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
